Planning this South Asian wedding weekend required an incredibly thoughtful balance of logistics, guest experience, and immersive design. From the vibrant Friday evening sangeet to the Saturday morning bharaat and ceremony, post-ceremony lunch, and evening moody cocktail hour and reception, each event was intentionally designed to feel unique.

Because both the bride and groom are physicians with incredibly demanding schedules, they knew early on they wanted a full service wedding planner that could take ownership of the countless moving pieces. While they remained highly involved in the design direction and vendor selection process, our role was to alleviate as much logistical pressure as possible.
