Full Service Design + Planning

For the couple who wants a someone in their corner from the very beginning — whether you're short on time, want an expert guiding every decision, or simply want the most organized, stress-free experience possible. We open with a full budget walkthrough so you know what to expect across every category, then manage it for you throughout. From there, we guide you through all vendor search and selection, build your personalized design board, and are your point of contact from day one through the wedding itself.

Destination Weddings

The majority of our brides are planning from afar, and we are familiar with what it takes to make dreams come true from a distance (email, virtual meetings, and a few whirlwind planning trips)! If you are not local, you can count on us to be your eyes, ears, and feet on the ground in Austin.

Event Design + Coordination

For the couple who wants an intentional, cohesive design, but is comfortable booking non-design vendors — hair and makeup, photography, catering, music — on their own with our guidance. For design vendors — florist, stationery, and the like — we're your point of contact from day one: building a personalized design board, sourcing options that fit your vision and budget, and vetting them so you can book with confidence. Three months out, we take over as point of contact for your full vendor team, and handle execution on the wedding day itself.

Event Coordination

For the couple who's comfortable handling the planning but wants someone to keep it organized. We start with a full venue walkthrough to map out flow, weather plans, and a basic timeline, then hand you a complete wedding to-do list broken into five phases, so you won't miss a thing! Three months out, we become your vendors' point of contact —confirming details, fielding questions, and taking the workload off of your plate. On the wedding day, your planner is on-site from set-up to teardown, so everything runs exactly as planned.
