R+E | Pecan Springs Ranch

We worked with this couple from the venue search process, helping them select a venue that could support their ideal guest experience from both a design and logistical standpoint. They wanted a fully outdoor venue, but with the added security of covered and indoor spaces so they could avoid dedicating a significant portion of their budget to rain plan tenting.

The design goal was to create something that felt distinctly “them” without feeling like every wedding. Florals felt intentionally organic and almost untamed, complementing the ceremony landscape rather than competing with it. Throughout the guest experience we wove in subtle, personal touches, one of which being custom playing card inspired matchbooks reflecting the couple’s shared love of card games.
