You could say this wedding lived and died by the timeline in the best possible way. The venue allows just one hour to fully set-up the outdoor space. We carefully evaluated staffing needs, load-in timing, and execution sequences to make sure nothing was left to chance.

Leading up to the wedding day, the level of detail in planning may have felt excessive, but it’s exactly this kind of behind the scenes precision that allowed the wedding day to unfold seamlessly and entirely on schedule. What guests experienced as a smooth, effortless transition between spaces was the direct result of months of meticulous logistical planning.
