C+L | Hyatt Lost Pines Resort

When this couple secured their venue, it was still under construction which added a layer of complexity to the planning process. As architectural details and final build-out elements were finalized, we refined the design to ensure every selection would look and function beautifully on the wedding day.

Regular communication became absolutely essential – not just between our team and the couple, but also with the venue. In the end, this additional obstacle became one of the most rewarding parts of the process. Seeing the venue come to life alongside the wedding design created a truly rewarding wedding weekend!

For their Friday night Rehearsal Dinner + Welcome Party, they wanted to lean into the western aesthetic, encouraging guests to dress in cowboy hats and boots. This also gave us an outlet to design something completely different from the wedding, an elevated western design with layered prints and textures.
