Lucky Lab Preview Party
Last Tuesday, I was honored to help throw a preview party for Lucky Lab Coffee Co. to debut Courtney + Ron’s upscale, mobile coffee bar to the Austin events scene. Courtney’s inspiration for the event was “Kate Spade meets Charleston,” so we worked to create a happy, preppy, whimsical space with plenty of southern charm. Mercury Hall provided the perfect backdrop for guests to mingle with friends and get their morning caffeine and sugar fix, and Jen Dillender was there to capture all the magic. Take a peek!
Samantha of Wondrous Whimsy created all of the beautiful signage for the event. She also designed the adorable invitations for the party!
Meredith of Bristol Lane Florals designed all of the gorgeous florals. It’s no secret that I’m a sucker for flowers, but I mean, swoon. Her lush arrangements provided sophisticated pops of pretty in shades of peach, pink and green. And Abigail of Carefully Crafted handmade those matching floral name tags in coordinating colors. So good!
And then there’s this. Because no party is complete without 16 feet of pastries, right? Right. Brittany of Birch & Brass supplied those gorgeous farm tables (plus all of the other vintage finds you see!) and a plethora of perfectly mismatched dessert plates. And Kasey of Little Squirrel Bakery filled all 16 feet with delicious, homemade, picture-worthy pastries. We’re talking donuts, eclairs, macaroons, funfetti biscotti, vanilla bean pastry tarts, scones, muffins…amazing.
If you made it out to the party last week, thank you so much for stopping by! And if you didn’t, make sure you swing by the Y at Oak Hill to meet Courtney and Ron and grab coffee and a pastry on your way to work. The truck is so chic, and the goodies coming out of it are just as wonderful.
And, thank you, thank you, thank you to the incredible, talented team that made this event a reality: Jen Dillender Photography / Bristol Lane Florals / Wondrous Whimsy / Little Squirrel Bakery / Birch & Brass Vintage Rentals / Carefully Crafted / Tiny Pies / Mercury Hall / Marquee
