We weren’t sure what level of service we wanted in planning, only that we needed some guidance, but my mom knew about 10 minutes into our conversation with Ellen Westcott that we wanted full service and we wanted it with her. From the beginning, Ellen heard and understood our wishes for the day. We have heard from more than several guests, separately, that the wedding was so thoughtful without being overwrought, candid without being frugal, comfortable and generous. Ellen Westcott is a very sweet person, but don’t let that fool you. She’s fearless, packs a punch, knows what’s up, listens carefully, drafts a terrifically organized email, and gets it done. She herded these cats into pretty much a perfect day in all the ways.
