Megan and Jacob were married on a warm fall day at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs. In Megan’s own words, she was after “whimsical romance,” and we settled on a color palette that blended the best of late summer and early fall. From there, we worked to utilize each of the spaces at Ian’s Chapel to its best advantage: Their marriage ceremony overlooking the rolling hill country; cocktails, appetizers and lawn games under the adjacent pavilion; dinner on the lawn beneath a billowing Sperry tent; and an “after-party” in the Great Hall, complete with space to lounge, dance and enjoy an array of desserts.

Although their day was full of beautiful details, what I will remember most is the joy. These two were so genuinely thrilled to be tying the knot, and their happiness (and that of their family and friends!) is reflected in every image.
