Branding Shoot: Lucky Lab Coffee Co.
My first introduction to Lucky Lab Coffee Co., was, fittingly, over a cup of coffee and donuts. My husband and I met Courtney and Ron early one Saturday morning to chat about the events scene in Austin, and an idea was born: a styled shoot that would showcase the truck in all its beautifully branded glory…

In addition to having a weekday presence in Austin at the Y in Oak Hill, where you can grab your caffeine fix and a homemade pastry on your way to work, Lucky Lab will also make office deliveries and be available to rent for private parties. That’s right, Austin party people! I can picture the truck being the sweetest surprise at a brunch wedding, afternoon baby shower, housewarming, holiday get-together…you name it!

The owners, Courtney and Ron, are a husband and wife team. (Which always makes my heart happy!) The truck is named after their sweet labs, and they donate portion of their proceeds to local nonprofits. Which means you can support small business and the community at the same time. Double win.

And then there’s this dessert bar. Because nothing goes better with coffee, tea or hot chocolate than pastries, right? Right.

If you are an Austin-area event professional, we hope you’ve made plans to join us this coming Tuesday, September 9 from 10am-12pm at Mercury Hall for the Lucky Lab Coffee Co. Preview Party! Courtney and Ron will be serving up drinks from the truck (including some specialty iced coffees!), Kasey Holt’s homemade pastries will be on display, and there will be plenty of other eye candy from Jen Dillender, Bristol Lane, Wondrous Whimsy, Birch & Brass Vintage Rentals and yours truly. Please stop by–we would love to see you! In the meantime, submit your RSVP to party@luckylabcoffee.com.
